The Nuge came into my Starbucks a couple of weeks ago. He was playing a show at Waterworks Park with REO Speedwagon, Kansas (sans Keri Livgren), and Ratt.
I wasn't working, but Blake was. I think he actually refered to himself as "The Nuge."
Jason, I just tried to add to this thread, but you capped it with David Meece. DAVID MEECE! This photo is truly phenomenal. What do you think he was doing with that compound bow? And is it just me, or are those some old 80's Air Jordans?
No love for the Nuge? Doesn't somebody have something to say about the backwards American flag being an ironically appropriate metaphor for Nugent's fantastical, ultra-right-wing patriotism?

RATT!!!! I'd be there if Ratt was playing. Nothin' like "Lack of Communication" or "Round and Round" to add some zip to the day.
$12 to get in. $20 for drinks. $50 for the drive in. $80 that could buy 80 loves of bread or your first payment on a truck loan.
Will Ratt be there? I will go if both Ratt, and David Meece get to open.

I think you are right Rob. That compound bow is really what rock, or at least the Nuge is all about.
